Jay has a business background spanning over a decade, specialising in women’s leadership development, organisational change and effective team development, working with clients across all sectors.
Jay’s work focuses on driving long-lasting personal and organisational change, firing up leaders at all levels through 121 coaching and facilitating development programmes. She works with organisations to deliver succession planning for future women leaders, supports individuals to develop self-leadership skills and works with teams to remain adaptable and resilient to change.
She is the founder of Rise Up which is a leading career destination for women. Within this network, her mission is to empower more women in their careers and to help companies to narrow the gender leadership gap. She is an experienced facilitator, mentor and community leader.
Susan is passionate about creating community and safe and inclusive spaces that promote learning and development. She believes that when women come together, great things happen. Her goal is to encourage, support and celebrate the diverse voices all around us and to ensure everyone can gain access to career development opportunities.
Start date – Starts the week of October 25th and ends the week of the 6th of December with in person event
Each coaching session takes place every Wednesday from 7.30pm- 9pm and each mentor session takes place from 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
Yes – you will have full access to all recorded sessions for the duration of the 6 weeks.
