How To Rise Up And Develop As A Leader
A leadership role gives us the chance to showcase our tried-and-tested knowledge, skillsets and experience acquired over a number of years. Reaching this level of leadership also gives people the opportunity to be ‘the boss they never had’.
But the question is what kind of leader do you want to be? How do you want to show up for yourself and for others?
What does authentic leadership look like for you? We are all different, meaning there is no one set approach on how to be a great leader.
This is why we are bringing together a panel of inspiring leaders to walk us through their personal leadership journey and lessons learnt along the way.
We will talk about:
- Understanding yourself better as a leader
- Challenges as a leader and how to overcome them
- Making difficult leadership decisions
- Hiring and managing teams
- Leading in times of crises and lessons learned
