Come meet fellow Rise Up members at this virtual one hour session!

We’ll meet on Zoom, engage in group discussion and break you into breakout rooms with other members to A) examine stress levels in what areas of your life  B) strategies to reduce stress and avoid burnout.

You don’t need to come prepared with anything! We’ll give you icebreaker questions to discuss in your breakout rooms.
