Meet the Team:

Jessica Richards – Senior Product Research Manager

Jessica has fifteen years of experience in product development, UX, user research and design. She solves business problems through collaboration, creative thinking, diversity and inclusion. She built and led the UX team at Reed Business Information, conducted user research for the UK government, taught at Flatiron School as a Lead Instructor in UX/UI design and currently leads Product Research @ Workhuman.


David Burke – Talent Acquisition Direction

David is a leader in technology recruitment, outsourcing & project solutions with responsibility for EMEA Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding for Workhuman. He has been involved in recruitment in the tech and leadership space in Ireland for over almost 20 years. David is an adviser to many successful businesses on talent strategies and the evolution and impact of culture in the modern workplace.


Jacqueline Lynch – End User Experience Change Manager

Jacqueline is a data driven and target focused technology professional. Passionate about innovation, she is committed to delivering continuous service improvement and providing world class service through an engaged team. Jacqueline is a strong influencer, engaging manager and team player.

Caoimhe Dunbar

Caoimhe is a Human Experience professional with a passion for Inclusion and Belonging. In her current role Caoimhe strives to create a true culture of belonging which is experienced by employees for their entire life cycle at Workhuman. Caoimhe does this by visualizing and executing upon global programs, staying engaged with our humans and driving us towards our main goal of a connected, well supported employee population where everyone feels as though their voice is heard.

Martina Campbell – Product Director, Human Engagement

Martina is Product Director for Human Engagement at Workhuman. The Human Engagement team uses a data-informed approach so that our users and clients can realize the outcomes our products can drive including boosting employee engagement and performance, expanding inclusion and connectedness, and empowering employees and program teams. Previously, Martina has worked for Aer Lingus, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. Martina is passionate about diversity and inclusion in STEM. She is an executive member of WITS Ireland (Women in Technology & Science). She is also co-lead on the WITS events sub-committee where she leads the annual careers event for University STEM students.

Martina Creaven – Delivery Lead and Qualified Coach, Technology

Martina has considerable experience working within the ICT industry. She has broad experience in technical training, business analysis, business process improvement, business continuity and leading software development teams. As a qualified coach she is passionate about inspiring people to do their best work.


Michelle Lane – Corporate Sales Director

Michelle has spent her career in sales and sales leadership, spanning 25 years, in both the B2B and B2C environments.  She has worked with many leaders at F500 & F1000 companies, as well as many high growth private companies, to impact their employee engagement through creating a culture of recognition.    Her passion is human connection and having an impact on how people and organizations interact with one another daily.  As Director of Corporate Sales for the East Region at Workhuman, Michelle believes that interacting with one another in a deliberate manner whereby others feel valued and important is the key differentiator in culture impact and client relationships.
